One day unmounted clinic

This one-day clinic is designed to give the most amount of riders the basics of the proper motor function (correct use of the body) while riding.  Riders receive a power point presentation covering basic anatomy and physiology, movement, and posture as they relate to riding performance and injury prevention.  All riders are able to participate in small group, hands on/applied sessions.  During these sessions riders will be able to practice proper motor function and correct biomechanics as related to riding tasks.  Each hands on/applied session lasts approximately 1- 1.5 hours.

This course can be taken by up to 20 riders.                                                             $750.00

Two day clinic

All riders receive exercises booklets as well as exercise equipment for continuation of skills and exercises learned in clinic.

This course is designed for 4 – 8 riders                                                     $425.00 per rider

All riders receive exercises booklets as well as exercise equipment for continuation of skills and exercises learned in clinic.

This course is designed for 4 – 8 riders                                                     $475.00 per rider

Individual Evaluation

This is designed for riders who wish to have a customized program designed for their specific needs in a private atmosphere.

Evaluation includes obtaining subjective information obtained from statements by rider and trainer if applicable and an objective evaluation of the rider, measuring flexibility, strength and motor function as it pertains to riding.  An assessment is made and plan of treatment is formulated to solve the rider’s difficulties.  This plan is printed in booklet form.  During the two follow up appointments the rider will review, discuss and practice the plan of treatment printed in the booklet.

The two follow up appointments, booklet and exercise equipment needed to complete plan of treatment are included as part of the individual evaluation.
